STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS TO DELIVER ADULTAND DISLOCATED WORKER SERVICES |
| The Oregon Workforce Alliance and The Oregon Consortium (TOC/OWA) are pleased to announce a request for Statement of Qualifications for regional contractors responsible for the delivery of Workforce Investment Act Title 1B services for eligible youth. Regional Contractors will be selected for each of nine regional workforce areas. This is a two step process that involves the initial submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SFQ); after the Statement of Qualifications is reviewed qualified applicants may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal process if competition has been established. | The Oregon Workforce Alliance and The Oregon Consortium (TOC/OWA) are pleased to announce a request for Statement of Qualifications for regional contractors responsible for the delivery of Workforce Investment Act Title 1B services for Adults and Dislocated Workers through the WorkSource Oregon One-Stop system.
