Request for Proposals To Provide Fiscal Monitoring Services
The Oregon Consortium is soliciting proposals to provide fiscal monitoring of service providers that used federal grant funds including Workforce Investment Act funds. The objective of the monitoring is to assess the degree that subcontracted programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and administrative requirements of the funding source. The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a licensed public accounting firm whose principal officers performing the audit are independent certified public accountants, with a municipal audit license issued by the State of Oregon.
