A Strategy for Rural and Regional Prosperity captures and aligns data for education, workforce, business, industry, human, natural, and capital assets. It provides clues to economic potential at the local, regional, national, and international levels and endorses the development of stronger partnerships between education, training, and business leaders that will produce beta-site economic engines for further capitalization.

The Oregon Green Technology Certificate:
The OGTC had been designed to meet the unique needs of rural Oregon and Is preparing entry level employees with the foundational skills needed in a variety of industries associated with or supporting green jobs.

Structure Oregon 2011: The Purpose is to bring architects, designers and engineers togeather with wood products manufacturers to discuss and demonstrate innovative uses of wood in commercial and residential building design.

We are committed to ensuring that rural citizens have access to high quality, cost effective and efficient services that meet the needs of businesses by building the skills of the current, transitional and emerging workforce. TOC/OWA has built and continues to grow a reliable workforce development system in rural Oregon. We rely on the network of partners and contractors whom we have worked with many years to help nurture the network and to ensure that workforce development services are provided to job seekers in a way that is responsive to the needs of workers, employers and communities.
