Memorandum's of Understanding
TOC/OWA Staff is currently working with the mandated one-stop partners in drafting a TOC-Wide Memorandum of Understanding. Individuals on the workgroup include Melissa Metz, TOC/OWA Staff; Jeff Dickason, TOC/OWA Staff; Barb Higinbotham, OED; Teri Simonis, Title V; Art Hill, Community College; To Be Announced, DHS; Pat Davis, Labor; and Kris Kennedy, OVRS. To view the most recent version of the MOU click here.

In addition to the TOC-Wide MOU will be a Regional Partners Agreement (RPA). This will provide some specificity around the unique aspects of service delivery for a particular region. It is anticipated that as the TOC-Wide MOU evolves and is finalized the elements of the RPA may also evolve. Regions are highly encouraged not to start work on the RPA until after the TOC-Wide MOU is finalized. The draft RPA is merely posted here as an information item only.
