Unfortunately I cannot participate. Oregon Workforce Alliance - April 12, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Members of the Oregon Workforce Alliance will have an opportunity to meet from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. I will attend the OWA meeting on April 12 Via Conference Call: I will attend the OWA meeting via onference call. Unfortunately I cannot participate.
